A number of 32 translocation breakpoints of chromosome 7H have been inserted between the RFLP sequences of the corresponding Igri/Franka linkage group (see Korzun and Künzel, this volume of BGN). Thereby, PCR-mediated physical RFLP mapping on microisolated translocated chromosomes was finished for the entire barley genome. Altogether this resulted in 292 translocation breakpoints which have been integrated into the seven linkage groups of the Igri/Franka derived RFLP maps: 1H (41), 2H (33), 3H (31), 4H (30), 5H (73), 6H (52) and 7H (32).

There is no new information on balanced tertiary trisomics since the latest report in BGN 23: 157- 163. For seed requests please ask the coordinator.
