MorexV1 - BAC-based reference genome, IBSCv2 (Mascher et al., Nature 2017)
IBSC_v1 - Draft assembly of IBSC (Mayer et el., Nature 2012)
EnsemblPlant uses the names IBSC_v1 to refer to the draft assembly of IBSC, Nature 2012 and IBSC_v2 to the BAC-based reference. MorexV2 and MorexV3 are not yet in EnsemblPlants as of Apr 2021.
